ABOUT COACHING

Coaching is where we build capacity. We look at what your body can do now, where it needs more strength, mobility, control, or coordination, and what you want to be able to do next.

Training is specific to you. We use anatomy-informed movement, progressive loading, and strategies that develop the joints, tissues, and neurology underlying the movements you want to perform—from everyday life to high-level sport.

COACHING OPTIONS

FUNCTIONAL
STRENGTH COACHING

60 minutes. Personal training with a clinical lens. One-on-one coaching built around your body, your goals, and your current capacity. We work with beginners, recreational movers, rehabilitators, and professional athletes, using progressive training to build mobility, strength, control, and performance.

You don’t have to train a movement pattern to train what makes it possible. We break down what a movement requires and build those capacities specifically—so you can return to the things you want to do with more strength and control.
