CLINIC

We begin with a Functional Range Assessment (FRA), a joint-by-joint assessment that gives us a detailed understanding of your joint and tissue mobility. Drawing on anatomy, physiology, and movement science, the FRA helps us identify areas of restriction and determine where targeted soft tissue work may be most appropriate.

We combine what we observe during the FRA with your reported symptoms, experiences, and goals to guide the focus of your session. In clinic sessions, we use hands-on techniques to apply pressure to muscle and connective tissue while guiding you through specific ranges of motion and contractions. This combination of manual soft-tissue work and active movement is designed to improve mobility, ease discomfort, and support more comfortable, efficient movement.

The work can be intense, but many clients leave feeling relief, greater ease of movement, and a better understanding of their bodies. Our focus is on specificity, education, and helping you build a better relationship with movement.
