There was an empty mat in Kinstretch today😢 We miss you already, Sara!

Sara is our friend and faithful client training to venture a couple hundred miles on the Camino de Santiago, a network of walking routes in Spain, France, and Portugal. The Camino is Europe's oldest and most well-known pilgrimage route.

Seeing Sara's dedicated work in the clinic, in Kinstretch, and in the training hall at @opexlancasterfitness has been inspiring. You can count on her to bring a genuine warmth, witty remark, and the most contagious laugh-- even in the midst of troubleshooting pain or challenge. She's truly a beautiful soul.

Selfishly, we can't imagine not having her around for awhile. But, seeing her take this epic journey is inspiring to say the least.
