Kevin's Story

Our friend Kevin has been part of the Excelsior gang for years — training with us in the clinic and in Kinstretch.

He’s an athlete, artist, and founder of @lancastercreativefactory.

Over the years, Kevin’s pushed through pain and injury in shoulders, wrists, spine, hips, and knees that all tried to slow him down.

We’re thrilled our work together has helped him move out of chronic pain and gain the tools to keep staying mobile and strong.

You’ll find him on the mat in Kinstretch, as a trained volunteer in our self-defense coaching, or teaching pottery and glass-making at his studio. We can personally recommend those classes — artsy, enjoyable, and so much fun to learn.
