Guess who’s back from across the seas?! 🌍✈️
CJ returned to the US this week—and his trip couldn’t have wrapped up better. Thanks to his hard work, Excelsior was able to run 37 clinic sessions for aid workers dealing with back, neck, shoulder, hip, and knee pain. He also left them with tools like CARs, so they can keep improving long after he’s gone.

And speaking of CARs…
August 24 @ noon is our Summer CARs Boot Camp!

Winter is for our annual basics Camp—where we slow things down and teach every CARs detail. Summer? That’s when we crank up the heat: an hour of hard, focused work in every CAR.

All base positions. Weighted and unweighted. Fast and slow. No fluff—just sweat.

The best part?
Beignets and coffee in the lobby after. Cold water, too. On the house. 🍩☕
The after-party goes from 1p to 1:45p.
